core-skills — the manual
Skills for Claude Code, for anyone who wants to process their own material and actually build something out of it.
Everything happens on your machine, against your own files. You can start by pasting in a meeting transcript — a .vtt from Teams, Zoom or whatever you use — and see what comes out. No account, no integration, no service in the middle.

Six phases, and the last feeds the first. Three of the steps are a human's — the contract says which, and why.
This is not an AI that writes up meetings
That already exists. What matters is what happens afterwards: a transcript is raw material, not knowledge. The extraction step — speech to text — is replaceable by any provider. The framework, which decides what is a decision, whose task it is and what belongs in a recap, is not.
